Is crashpad.homes really free for hosts?

Yes. Creating an account, listing your place, messaging guests and getting reviews are all free. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no commission on your stays.

How do I get paid?

The site does not handle money. You and your guest agree how and when to pay in your messages — cash, bank transfer or any payment app you already use — and the full amount goes straight to you.

I host on Airbnb, VRBO or Houfy. Do I have to leave?

No. Many hosts list on several sites. Add your place here as well, keep your other calendars up to date, and take repeat guests and direct requests without paying a platform fee.

Can I move my existing listings over quickly?

Yes. Your host dashboard can import many listings at once from a CSV file (title, description, city, nightly price and photos), then you open each one to fill in the details.

Do I have to accept every request?

No. Nothing is booked until you and the guest agree in your messages, so you can ask questions, request a video call, or decline anything that does not suit you.
